Yes! All our classes are designed for all fitness levels.
Can I show up late?
Yes, most classes you can arrive late and join class - no problem! However, for Cycling and sauna we will save your spot for 5 minutes before it can be given to someone on standby.
Do I need to bring any equipment?
No, we have all the equipment you will need for class unless you prefer to wear cycling shoes with SPD clips.
What do I wear?
We do not have a specific dress code - just wear something comfortable! We recommend athletic shorts and a t-shirt for men and yoga capris and a tank top for women. If you don’t have a closet full of workout clothes no worries - just come in whatever you feel comfortable moving around in. As for shoes, you have the option of doing the class in clean athletic shoes or barefoot. (Please do not wear street shoes). We do clean and disinfect our entire facility multiple times daily so no worries there.
What is the class cancellation policy?

SAUNA

How long are sauna sessions?
Each session is 30 minutes with a 5 minute buffer to change clothes before and after.
What can I expect during a sauna session?
Expect to sweat! Due to the excessive sweating (releasing toxins) be sure to stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water before and after every session.
What should I wear in the sauna?
We recommend exposing as much skin as possible while continuing to wear required undergarments.
What is the sauna cancellation policy?
We ask that you cancel your session at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your session you will be charged a $4 late cancel fee. If you do not cancel and do not show for your session you will be charged a $7 no show fee.

CYCLING

Is there any way to make the seat more comfortable?
As a beginner, the bike and bike seat require a little getting used to. During this phase, it sometimes helps to wear padded bike shorts or use a cushioned gel seat. It is also important to make sure you are sitting on the back end of the seat and may help to move the seat closer to the handlebars.
Do cycling shoes really make a different and if so, what type should I get?
Yes! Cycling shoes secure your feet to the pedals enabling you to work much more efficiently. Pedal strokes become more powerful resulting in a better workout and experience. Additionally, the hard plastic on the sole of cycling shoes keeps your foot in a flat position to reduce foot pain.
How do I set-up my bike?
Seat Height: Bring the top of the saddle to hip bone height.
Seat Distance: When pedals are in the 3 and 9 o'clock position the knee of your front foot should be behind your toes. From there it is based on comfort.
Handlebar Depth: Handlebar depth can be adjusted based on comfort.
Handlebar Height: The bottom of the handlebars should be the same height, or higher than, the top of the saddle.
What is the cycling cancellation policy?
We ask that you cancel your bike at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel less than 24 hours before class you will be charged a $4 late cancel fee. If you do not cancel and do not show for class you will be charged a $7 no show fee.
